Beyond "I'm Sorry": Scaffolding True Accountability and Repair in Preschool
This training shifts the educator’s role from enforcing compliance with a polite phrase to guiding a child's understanding of empathy & accountability. Participants will learn how to replace forced, rote apologies with age-appropriate restorative practices, using practical scripts and play-based strategies that empower young learners to recognize the consequences of their actions & actively repair peer conflicts.
