Participants will learn how to identify and dismantle common barriers to family attendance, create learning stations that bridge the gap between home and school, and build meaningful partnerships that make families feel connected.

Little Scientists, Big Discoveries: Scaffolding the Scientific Process for Little Scientists

• • We’ll look at how to take everyday play and naturally weave in the scientific method—helping kids observe, predict, and test out their ideas without taking away the magic of discovery. Grounded in developmentally appropriate practices, you'll walk away with easy, intentional ways to spark critical thinking and turn your classroom into a hands-on playground of discovery.

Story Sparks: Igniting Learning Across the Curriculum

Learn how to intentionally scaffold whole-child development—from early literacy and math to critical thinking and fine motor skills—by keeping wonder and story at the heart of your classroom

Beyond "I'm Sorry": Scaffolding True Accountability and Repair in Preschool

• • This training shifts the educator’s role from enforcing compliance with a polite phrase to guiding a child's understanding of empathy & accountability. Participants will learn how to replace forced, rote apologies with age-appropriate restorative practices, using practical scripts and play-based strategies that empower young learners to recognize the consequences of their actions & actively repair peer conflicts.
